Crucial to this is hitting gender-balanced shortlist and delivering a 40% female executive leadership team in line with the total addressable market with FMCG.

We were brought in by PMI in Jan 2024 to support their delivery of this with a combination of volume recruitment in their field force and executive search for their UK functional leadership.

Adam & Rich set up Consumer Hub in September 2017 in Rich’s shed in West Yorkshire.

We are out of the shed now, we've moved into an office and are still in the thriving hotbed of industry that is Wakefield.

Expanding our service offering across the pond, we now have a global focus on recruiting great talent in Consumer Goods & Emerging Technologies.

Two became nine and counting. We're on our way to the perfect assorted box.
