The most under-rated mindset hack, that I see everyone at a top level leveraging to get the career they want?

It's not Tony Robins mind-trickery (although maybe you need a Father figure to set your foundation in place)

It's not the blind confidence of Dumbo's magic feather (although you might need it to launch yourself)

It's not Robert Green's Mastery (although that is very VERY good - go and read it)

It's not being an all-round likeable A-player with an excellent results deck and razor-sharp social skills (although that is a given)

Nope, really everyone I see at the top who I admire have something else.

They have a sheer bloody-minded bull-dog gameness. 

At there core, they are disagreeable bastards (not the same as 'bad guys') who won't take no for an answer. 

Failure isn't an option.

"You can get lost" - is their default answer to the idea that they back down and compromise on hitting their goals.

Simply put, they stay in the ring when everyone else quits.

And here's the thing, the real magic of it. 

They build their own ring. 

Let that sink in.

They choose the ring, and it's their ring, they built it and they know they own it - so damn right they won't be moved from it. 

So, do you really know why your hauling ass for that promotion, or want that big job?

Have you got the bull-dog shoulders on this? 

Do you know deep down that you can't lose this game, because you own the ring?

If you don't know the answer to this, sure as hell no one else will...
